All treatment services are tailored to our clients needs with emphasis on creating a healthy muscle maintenance program. Treatments can be combined to fit a clients specific needs. We work with physicians, physical therapists, mental health professionals and nutritionists to find the best solutions and tailor treatment for our clients.
Deep Tissue Massage
This intensive massage is helpful in releasing back tightness, sore shoulders and sports-related aches and stiffness. This massage follows neuromuscular techniques which energize and activate muscles and release contraction points. Focusing on repairing old and new injuries, dispersing unwanted toxins and promoting relief, relaxation and wellbeing.


Sports Massage
This type of massage can be used pre-event or post-event for rehabilitation or restoration. Here at IBMC, the focus of sports massage is to assist injuries in healing and to help muscles recover after a grueling event or between training sessions.
Swedish Massage
Gentle to firm massage is used in long flowing strokes to help alleviate and eliminate stress and tension from the day and week. Swedish Massage is ideal for those who wish to ease their body.


Aromatherapy Massage
Essential oils have a profound effect on the body, heart, mind and spirit and aid to combat stress, toxic insult, inflammation and autonomic balance. A variety of essential oils are available for ones’ specific needs.
Rehabilitative Massage
Therapeutic massage that will aid in recovery of injuries and scar tissue by softening muscles and increasing blood flow.
Diabetes Massage
Massage tailored to diabetic client’s specific needs, with focus on circulation, neuropathy, and scar tissue at injection sites.



Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph from the tissues space body. Ideal for removing toxins, reducing swelling, relieving stress and pressure. If the fluid remains in the tissue for a long period of time, it can prevent the transportation of oxygen from the bloodstream to the tissue’s cells and interfere with wound healing, hardening of muscle tissue, skin deterioration and loss of movement in the area.

Chair Massage
The beauty of the chair massage lies in its simplicity. This special hands-on care brings numerous benefits yet does not require the removal of clothing or the use of oils common in other forms of massage. Studies have shown that 15 minutes of chair massage can be more effective than a 15-minute break at reducing workplace fatigue, relieving tightness in neck and shoulder muscles, reducing anxiety, and improving problem-solving abilities. Massage can also boost the immune system and can help prevent chronic injuries such as carpal tunnel.


Infant Massage
With massage, many of these blocked areas can be opened up to create a balanced flow.
Massage for infants has proven to help in many ways; bonding, sleep, digestion, constipation, colic, gas, and an internal organ balance. While massaging, the hormone Oxytocin can act as a pain reliever and have a calming effect while reducing stress and enhancing parental bonding.
This infant massage can be done with just the therapist or with the therapist and parent, so they too can learn about their baby's needs and wants.


Stay Young and Active
Massage increases blood flow to limbs and throughout the body while helping soften hard muscles and tissues increasing flexibility, sleep and arthritic pain while stimulating the nervous system.
